FOR CORPORATIONS

Designed to help executives and other leaders develop their leadership skills, improve their positive intelligence, and build more effective teams.   I have  worked with a variety of organizations, from small startups to large corporations, and can provide valuable insights and guidance to help your organization succeed.

Some areas of corporate coaching sessions include:

  • Leadership Development: Developing strong leadership skills is essential for any organization. I work with executives and other leaders to identify areas for growth and improvement, and help them develop the skills and strategies needed to effectively lead their teams. This may include topics such as effective decision-making, delegation, motivation, and strategic planning.

  • Team Building and Collaboration: Building strong, cohesive teams is critical for achieving success in any organization. I help teams identify their strengths and weaknesses, develop better communication and collaboration skills, and build stronger relationships with one another. This may involve team-building exercises, communication training, and conflict resolution strategies.

  • Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for any organization to function properly.  I  work with individuals and teams to improve their communication skills, including active listening, effective feedback, and conflict resolution. This can help reduce misunderstandings and promote better collaboration and productivity.

  • Strategic Planning: Developing a clear and effective strategic plan is essential for any organization to achieve its goals.  I provide frameworks and lead executive teams to develop a strategic plan that aligns with their vision and mission, and identify the steps needed to achieve their objectives. This may involve setting clear goals, identifying resources and potential roadblocks, and developing strategies to overcome challenges.

  • Positive Intelligence: Positive intelligence is a critical skill for leaders and teams in any organization.  I am a certified as a PQ Coach which individuals and teams develop their positive intelligence skills, including self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, creativity and innovation. This can lead to better relationships with colleagues, improved communication, and greater overall productivity.  This program is based on the Positive Intelligence (PQ) system, which helps individuals overcome negative thinking patterns and develop more positive and productive habits and behaviors. Through a combination of self-assessment, coaching, and practical exercises, participants will learn to identify and overcome their self-sabotaging tendencies, increase their resilience, and cultivate a more positive and growth-oriented mindset. This program is suitable for anyone looking to improve their performance in work or personal relationships, reduce stress and anxiety, and achieve greater success and happiness in all areas of their lives.

Corporate coaching sessions are typically conducted on-site at your organization, but virtual coaching sessions are also available.

FOR INDIVIDUALS

If you’ve ever felt that you’re not living your life’s purpose, misunderstood by your manager or team, feeling stuck in an unsustainable working condition, or just feeling like it’s groundhog’s day -- you’re not alone.  This is where coaching comes in.

I believe that every individual can reach their full potential when they discover and nurture their talents.  As an educator, I have seen the power of personalized learning that is tailored specifically to your needs which is shaped by your values, culture, work history, and future aspirations.  I will help you forge your P-A-T-H in unlocking your career and leadership options and designing the road that is right for you.   With each step, you will gain the confidence, freedom and joy in becoming a better individual contributor, manager, and leader.

P - Prepare and Plan - Whether you are in the middle of your leadership journey or heading out on a new adventure, it is important to spend quality time preparing and planning.  The preparation that is often needed starts with getting into the right mindset, understanding what you want, and also observing and listening to both our head and our hearts.  We have to resist the urge to just dive in or take the first opportunity that comes our way.  When we've been able to form the picture of where we can be at sustainable high performance, only then can we start to plan a course of action.

A - Activate - Once the plans have been laid, it's time to activate and execute relentlessly towards your goals.   It may mean stepping outside your comfort zone to try something new,  engaging in difficult or new conversations with stakeholders or your networks, or simply amplifying what you al

T - Taking Stock - From world class athletes to student teachers, we have to take a balcony view of our performance from time to time and analyze the cause and effect of our actions.  Where can we improve?  What constitutes a good play that may be worth repeating?  How can we continue to learn and iterate to scale our impact and develop better relationships?

H - Hone - Lastly, once we know what works, we need to hone those skills and as Stephen Covey coined to "sharpen the saw" and renew our physical, mental, socio-emotional, and spiritual energy.   As we hone our leadership styles,  we become who we are meant to be as leaders and valuable contributors to society.

I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
